Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Beat all wet ingredients and add dry ingredients. Be sure not to overmix.
  2. Great for Muffins or loaves.
