Ingredients:

  • 2 cups carrots julianned
  • 1 cup zuchinni julianned
  • 1 cup red bell pepper julianned
  • 1/2 cup cucumber julianned
  • 1 tbsp siricha sauce, or any asian style hot sauce
  • 1/8 tsp of white pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 3/4 cup vegtable oil

Directions:

  1. Combine dressing in a small bowl and set aside. Tast for salt.
  2. Shred and juliane vegtables into a large salad bowl. Toss. Pour dressing over top and toss, taste for salt and pepper.
