Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain apricots reserving juice then slice apricots and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan combine 1/3 cup orange juice, brown sugar and reserved apricot juice then bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
  4. Combine cornstarch and remaining orange juice until smooth then stir into apricot juice mixture.
  5. Bring to a boil then cook and stir for 2 minutes then stir in vanilla and reserved apricots and serve over frozen yogurt.
