Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups sifted flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 large apples, cubed

Directions:

  1. Combine sugar and oil and eggs at medium speed.
  2. Blend in dry ingredients.
  3. Add vanilla, 3 large apples and 1 cup of nuts.
  4. Blend well.
  5. Grease and flour tube pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
