  2. Serve over pound cake.
  3. To make this non-alcoholic:.
  4. Use 8 tablespoons rum extract instead of the 1/2 cup rum.
  5. Use 1/2 tsp almond extract plus enough water to get the 2 tbsp Amaretto.
