Ingredients:

  • 4 -6 small apples, cut in wedges, skin taken off
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Put apples in a greased 9x9 pan. Sprinkle with water, 1/3 c sugar, and cinnamon.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Stir remaining ingredients to make a soft dough. Gently smooth into a ball on a floured surface, knead 8-10 times.
  5. Roll dough out to place over apples in pan. Cut small slits in dough and bake 20-25 minutes.
