Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chopped apple

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl mix together first 4 ingredients.
  2. In a small bowl blend egg, milk& vanilla.
  3. Add melted butter& then pour into mixture& stir-do not overmix.
  4. Mix in apples& caramels.
  5. Fill muffin cups& bake 20 350 or until toothpick comes out clean.
