Apple Butter Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup apple butter
  • topping
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Cream together all crust ingredients except apple butter and spread in a rectangular pan.
  2. Pat gently and evenly into place then bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  3. When crust comes out of the oven spread apple butter over top.
  4. Combine topping ingredients in food processor or blender then pour mixture over apple butter.
  5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes then let cool in pan on wire rack before slicing into squares.
  6. Store in refrigerator.
