Angel Harvest Vegetable and Potato Soup

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place vegetables in a Dutch oven.
  2. Add water; bring to a boil.
  3. Add butter, salt, pepper and herbs.
  4. Simmer until vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes. Serves 10. I listed serving size as 21 because this gives the correct nutritional facts and values. Can be vegetarian if you leave out the sausage.
  5. Remember to grill the sausage before adding it! it really adds incredible flavor!
