Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place in a blender, liquids first, dry goods, then ice.
  2. Blend for about 30 seconds, staring at the lowest setting and moving to the highest speed.
  3. Then let it blend on high for another 30 seconds, making it light and airy.
  4. *Note that the type of blender you have will determine the outcome of this smoothie. I have the Ninja which is AWESOME for most things, but I'll be real with you, that machine will not properly blend up the shredded coconut. You'll have to chew it and it will be mega-gross. If you're using a vitamax, you will have no problems, but most of us can't afford to drop $380 for $#!t like that, so if you have one and you really like this smoothie, send me some money so I can get one too. I almost definitely won't spend it on hookers and blow. Maybe.
