Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs; add onions, ham and seasonings.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Cook over medium heat.
  4. As mixture begins to set, draw in to center with your pancake turner till all is set. Turn and cook for a very short time and then cut into 4ths. Put each serving on a piece of buttered toast and top with another slice of toast.
  5. Serve at once.
