Ingredients:

  • 60 triscuit wafers, grounded, to make 2-1/2 cups crumbs (or use graham cracker crumbs, instead)
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine Triscuit or Graham cracker crumbs, honey, raisins, peanut butter, instant nonfat dry milk.
  2. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in remaining crumbs. Serve immediately or chill.
