Absolutely Simple Microwave Lasagna

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Microwave meat on high in uncovered bowl for 6 minutes.
  2. Drain fat and chop meat up.
  3. Mix sauce and water in bowl and add meat.
  4. Mix ricotta and egg in small bowl.
  5. Coat bottom of glass pan (13x9, 2-3 quart rectangular) with 1/3 of sauce mix.
  6. Overlap 1 layer of uncooked noodles over sauce mix in pan.
  7. Coat with 1/2 of ricotta mixture.
  8. Layer mozzarella on top of ricotta mixture.
  9. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  10. Repeat layers steps starting with the sauce once.
  11. Cover layers with last 1/3 of sauce.
  12. Cover pan with plastic wrap.
  13. Poke holes in plastic.
  14. Microwave on high for 10 minutes.
  15. Microwave on medium for 32 minutes.
  16. Take off plastic and let stand for 1/2 hour.
