Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 eggs

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven 350 degrees.
  2. Cut up the apples into small chunks and place them on the bottom of a lightly greased pie pan.
  3. Combine the sugar, flour, eggs and half of the vanilla into a bowl and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture over the apples and sprinkle with remaining vanilla.
  5. Put into preheated oven for 20-30 minutes.
