  2. Mix cocoa mix, vanilla, nutmeg, and ginger, cinnamon, brown sugar, and condensed milk in a heatproof pitcher.
  3. Add hot water and stir to blend.
  4. Serve in 4 mugs topped with 1/4 cup of whipped cream each.
