Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease and flour your muffin tray.
  2. Mix togeher the dry ingrediants & the chocolate chips in a medium bowl.
  3. Mix togeher, butter, egg & milk, and add to dry mixture.
  4. Do not over mix, 30 strokes should do it.
  5. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
