Watermelon Popsicles

Ingredients:

  • 2 large slices of watermelon
  • 1 dash lemon juice
  • popsicle molds

Directions:

  1. Cut watermelon from rind and remove as many seeds as you can.
  2. Strain the juice from the pulp into a bowl.
  3. Mis in a dash of lemon juice.
  4. Pour watermelon juice into popsicle molds.
  5. Insert sticks or covers.
  6. Freeze overnight.
  7. Enjoy!
