Walnut Double Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 tsp real vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Line a (8 or 10 in) square baking pan with foil.
  2. Combine sugar, milk, salt and butter in pan and bring to a boil over med. heat for 4 minutes and remove from heat. Make sure not to let it burn by stirring constantly. Do not leave it!
  3. Once boiling, stir nuts, marshmallows and vanilla. Stir until marshmallows are melted and pour into pan. Refridgerate until firm (a couple hours.
  4. Once cool, lift the whole thing out by pulling up on the foil. Cut into pieces.
