Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1/2 cup green pepper
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 salt

Directions:

  1. Fry chopped onions in the oil, add sliced green peppers, then tomatoes. Wait 5 minutes, add 0.5 cup of hot water and close the pot. Boil 5 minutes, add 1 liter boiling water and shopped celery. Add chopped cabbage and bring into boil. Season.
