Directions:

  1. In a deep bowl, scramble the eggs
  2. Add the corned beef and mix until well blended
  3. Add cornstarch or flour until well blended
  4. Heat a flat tefal or teflon pan and add oil
  5. Using a serving spoon, scoop the mixture into the pan and make flapjack-sized tortes (or any size you wish)
  6. Fry until golden brown on both sides
  7. Serve with rice
