an enjoyable breakfast pancake Ingredients:
5-6 large eggs, scrambled |
4-5 tbsp cornstarch or all-purpose flour |
1 big can of corned beef (pref. purefoods in blue can) |
salt to taste |
4 tbsp oil |
Directions:
1. in a deep bowl, scramble the eggs 2. add the corned beef and mix until well blended 3. add cornstarch or flour until well blended 4. heat a flat tefal or teflon pan and add oil 5. using a serving spoon, scoop the mixture into the pan and make flapjack-sized tortes (or any size you wish) 6. fry until golden brown on both sides 7. serve with rice |
