Directions:

  1. Mince garlic in food processor
  2. Cut cheeses into chunks add to food processor
  3. Pulse until cheeses are grated
  4. Then process constantly until creamy, add green chiles and mix well
  5. Shape into marble sized balls and roll in chili powder
  6. Chill until serving time
  7. Yields approx 15 balls
