Directions:

  1. Clean dry and properly chill the mixed salad greens.
  2. Place all the dry ingredients into a large salad bowl.
  3. Add egg and lemon juice then slowly add the oil while whisking to form a good emulsion.
  4. Add sour cream and fresh shrimp and stir well then add Tabasco sauce.
  5. Thoroughly mix in the salad greens and add fresh ground pepper.
