Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Set grill, either indoor or outdoor to medium high heat
  2. Season with salt and generous amount of pepper
  3. Grill for 10 minutes or so, turning occasionally
  4. In saucepan put chili powder and cumin over medium heat for about a minute to toast
  5. Mix in chili sauce, molasses, cider vinegar, orange juice and peel
  6. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer until sauce slightly thickens( about 5 minutes)
  7. Split sauce in half
  8. With 1 half, brush chicken and continue to cook for another 15 minutes or so until chicken is crisp and brown, turning occasionally
  9. Serve chicken with other half of sauce
