Ingredients:

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp allspice
  • 1/8 tsp clove
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup dates
  • 1/2 cup walnuts

Directions:

  1. Dissolve baking powder in 1/4 cup boiling water.
  2. Combine all ingredients.
  3. Pour into greased 8 x 12 pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes.
