Healthy treats
Ingredients:
2 cups brown sugar
2 egg whites
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup boiling water
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon allspice
1/8 teaspoon clove
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup dates
1/2 cup walnuts
Directions:
1. Dissolve baking powder in 1/4 cup boiling water.
2. Combine all ingredients.
3. Pour into greased 8 x 12 pan.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes.
