Ingredients:

  • 3 -4 lbs cubed steak
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 (28 oz) cans whole tomatoes
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp basil
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 cups rice
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Take a 6qt non stick pot.
  2. Put 4tbls olive oil heat.
  3. Add sliced onion,peppers,add.
  4. 4 dice cloves garlic.
  5. 1tbls oregano.
  6. 2tbls basil.
  7. Salt,pepper to taste.
  8. Saute,add all tomatoes,add 2tbls sugar,simmer.
  9. Take large fry pan add 1/2 cup oil of choice.
  10. Heat oil.
  11. 3 cups of flour in bowl add.
  12. 2tps garlic powder.or 4cloves.
  13. 2 tbls basil.
  14. Salt,pepper,mix.
  15. Coat steaks with flour put in hot oil.
  16. Brown both sides,about 3min on each side.
  17. Add to sauce,simmer for 45min to 1hour.
  18. Until steak is tender.
  19. Use any rice you like,minute rice is easy and fast.
