Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp mayonaise
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 cups squash
  • 1/2 cup cucumber
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup bell pepper
  • 1 tsp onions

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingriedients in greased baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil & Bake about 25-30.
