Fresh Vegetable casserole. Good for anytime of day & LOW on calries! Ingredients:
2 tbl mayonaise |
1 tbl sour cream |
2 cups squash |
1 tomatoe |
1/2 cup cucumber |
2 tsp butter |
1 pinch of salt |
3/4 cup bell pepper |
1 tsp onions |
8 crackers |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingriedients in greased baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil & Bake about 25-30. |
