Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown ground meat in large stock pot, drain if needed
  2. Add onion and peppers cook till slightly tender
  3. Add tomato juice and sauce warm through
  4. Add minute rice salt and pepper cook till rice is soft stirring often.
  5. ( I cook the rice on the side if I don't plan on using all the soup that day, I put a spoon of rice on bottom of bowl and ladle soup over the rice. Any that is left over I store in individual containers so that the rice doesn't make the soup overly thick.)
