Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice tops off of Jalapenos, take membrane and majority of seeds out
  2. Mix browned and drained sausage,ricotta cheese, cheddar cheese and red pepper
  3. Put cheese mix into a ziplock bag
  4. Cut 1 corner of ziplock and squeeze into prepared jalapenos (I usually put the dish I'm going to bake them on it's side to keep them standing the correct way untill all are filled, then use crumpled foil to fill any empty space before i set dish upright again)
  5. Bake for 20 min on 425 or till cheese is bubbly
