Strawberry Yogurt Chiffon Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine gelatin, sugar and water in saucepan.
  2. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until gelatin is dissolved.
  3. Place yogurt in bowl then gradually add strawberry concentrate.
  4. Stir in gelatin mixture until smooth.
  5. In separate bowl make up whipped cream per directions.
  6. Combine with strawberry mixture then add preserves and chill until firm.
  7. Turn onto crust and garnish with toasted coconut.
