Strawberry Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 pints fresh strawberries (16oz) or 4 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed

Directions:

  1. Place berries in a food processor; process them into chunky puree.
  2. Transfer puree to a small saucepan over low heat. Heat until warm. Stir in lemon juice and maple syrup.
