Directions:

  1. Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Drizzle with half of the cinnamon vinaigrette and serve remaining vinaigrette with salad.
  3. To prepare Cinnamon Vinaigrette: Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Cover tightly and shake vigorously.
  4. Chill 2 hours.
  5. Shake before using.
