  1. CRUST:.
  2. Combine crushed cones and melted butter.
  3. Press onto bottom and up sides of a 9 inch pie plate; set aside.
  4. Heat white chocolate and milk over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted.
  5. Remove from heat; cool.
  6. FILLING:.
  7. Beat cream cheese, malted milk powder, and powdered sugar together until smooth.
  8. Beat in cooled white chocolate mixture.
  9. In another bowl, beat whipping cream until soft peaks form.
  10. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
  11. Spread into crust-lined pie plate.
  12. Arrange strawberry slices atop.
  13. Cover and chill 4 hours.
  14. Before serving, top with malted milk balls and drizzle with warm ice cream topping.
