Stir Fry Chicken with Walnuts

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together:
  2. T soysauce
  3. T corn starch
  4. Egg white
  5. T water
  6. Add diced chicken for 40 min.
  7. Deep fry walnuts.
  8. Mix together:
  9. /2 t salt
  10. T soy sauce
  11. T sugar
  12. T corn starch
  13. /2 t sherry
  14. T cold water
  15. Stir fry chicken in very hot oil. Remove and clean pan. Stir fry ginger, scallions, carrots and pepper. Add second sauce and 1 t sesame oil. Add walnuts. Serve.
