Sri Lankan Spicy Baked Chicken

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Make deep cuts in the chicken pieces.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together, (except the chicken), in a large bowl.
  3. Apply the mixture nicely onto the chicken.
  4. Keep aside for 4 hours.
  5. Bake the chicken till it is cooked.
  6. Serve hot.
