Spun Honey Spread (Honey Butter)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (don'tsp beat)
  • 1 lb butter (425 g)
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar, honey and cream together and heat until boiling.
  2. Stir continually and boil for 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat and add butter.
  4. Beat well with mixer.
  5. Add vanilla and beat until smooth.
  6. Store in refrigerator.
