Sport and Misty's Horse Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of horse oats or 1 cup uncooked oatmeal
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup of shredded carrot
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup molasses (or mix two tsp of sugar to every five tsp of pancake syrup and stir in)

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in bowl in order listed.
  2. Make small or medium size balls out of mixture and place on a greased cookie sheet sprayed with Pam.
  3. For extra happy horses you can sprinkle a little bit of honey on them before cooking.
  4. Bake 350°F for 15-20 minutes and make sure they don't burn!
