Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup of 100% buckwheat flour
  • 1 cup of 100% barley flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/8 cup butter
  • make a nice batter (adjust milk amount to get a nice smooth batter)

Directions:

  1. First add Barley Flour.
  2. Next add Buckweat flour.
  3. Add Milk.
  4. Stir to a nice thin to medium batter.
  5. Add Butter.
  6. Add Sugar.
