This is not the Official reverse diabetes diet from the SPIRIT HAPPY DIET PEOPLE. This recipe is for diabetics but it is based on the research from the SPIRIT HAPPY people who showed diabetics how to reverse Type 2 diabetes with diet. They show that Sugar and Butter is safe for a diabetic and can cause a nornal blood sugar when used with the full SPIRIT HAPPY DIET. This is my own personal recipe that I like but again google SPIRIT HAPPY DIET if you are looking for the official reverse diabetes diet Ingredients:
1/4 cup whole milk |
1 cup of 100% buckwheat flour |
1 cup of 100% barley flour |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1/8 cup butter |
make a nice batter (adjust milk amount to get a nice smooth batter) |
Directions:
1. First add Barley Flour. 2. Next add Buckweat flour. 3. Add Milk. 4. Stir to a nice thin to medium batter. 5. Add Butter. 6. Add Sugar. |
