  1. Preparation
  2. Combine first six ingredients in blender container; cover and blend thoroughly. Chill.
  3. Toss spinach, apple, nuts, and onion together. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Just before serving, pour dressing over salad and toss lightly.
