Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 (5 oz) package dry onion soup mix (unsure of the amount in the package)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (optional)

Directions:

  1. Cut potatoes into bite sized chunks.
  2. Toss spuds in oil and onion soup to coat. Season with pepper if desired.
  3. Place on baking sheet.
  4. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
