Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 then grease and flour a loaf pan.
  2. Sift together the first 8 ingredients then set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl beat eggs.
  4. Add in the following order the brown sugar, oil and vanilla then mix well after each.
  5. Stir into sugar mixture then add tomatoes, flour mixture, walnuts and raisins.
  6. Turn batter into prepared pan and bake for 65 minutes then cool in pan 5 minutes.
  7. Turn out on a wire rack to cool completely.
