Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook the spaghetti squash.
  2. Melt butter in large skillet.
  3. Stir in milk, cream, nutmeg and pepper.
  4. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly.
  5. Stir in cheese and cook over low heat just until melted, stirring constantly.
  6. Immediately stir in pepperoni and spaghetti squash; toss to coat with sauce.
