Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix cake mix as directed on box.
  2. Pour half into 9x13 inch pan and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
  3. Melt caramels with sweetened condensed milk.
  4. Pour over baked cake.
  5. Sprinkle with nuts.
  6. Pour rest of batter on top.
  7. Bake 20 minutes more.
  8. Cool.
  9. Mix whipped topping with chocolate pudding and a little milk.
  10. Frost over cooled cake.
