  2. Grease and flour a 9x13 pan
  3. Easy part - put all ingredients in a big mixing bowl, and beat with a hand mixer on med until well blended and smooth.
  4. Pour into baking pan.
  5. Bake for 1 hour at, yes... 300 degrees.
  6. Test center to see if done.
  7. Allow to cool and frost with your favorite frosting.
