Simple Roasted Sweet Potatoes And Onions

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Peel and chop sweet potatoes.
  3. Cut up onion into large chunks.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with thyme and salt, toss.
  5. Put on foil lined baking sheet and roast for 30-45 minutes, or until nice and browned.
  6. Toss in almonds.
  7. Enjoy!
