Simple Perfect French Toast

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 -5 slices bread

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs until smooth and blended.
  2. Mix in the milk and salt.
  3. Dip in the bread and cook in hot butter on med high heat.
  4. Brown on both sides.
  5. Add confectioners' sugar and serve hot.
  6. Yummy!
