Ingredients:

  • 2 quarts of tomato juice
  • 2 large cans of cooked shrimp pieces or as desired
  • 1, 30 oz bottle of ketchup
  • 5 tsp of horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp each onion and garlic salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 to 3 cup fine diced celery

Directions:

  1. Combine everything and chill well. Correct seasoning if
  2. Desired .
  3. May also be served room temperature if desired.
  4. Garnish with sliced lemon if desired
  5. Serves 8 or more
